About Our Classes

Breathwork in Mesa

Mesa is our home. Liquid Breathwork is based right here - operating out of 2053 W. Natal Cir., Mesa, AZ 85202 - and this is where our community took root. As Arizona's third largest city, Mesa is a sprawling place. You can drive twenty minutes and feel like you're in a completely different town. Central Mesa near downtown has a younger, more creative energy - people drawn to the Mesa Arts Center, the galleries popping up along Main Street, and the restaurants and coffee shops that have come with the downtown revitalization. East Mesa is a different world: quieter, more spread out, with a strong family-oriented culture and neighborhoods that back right up to the Superstition Mountains. We serve both sides of town, and everyone in between.

That range is what makes our Mesa community so interesting. We sit with parents who spend their days managing kids, jobs, and the low-grade stress that never fully turns off. We work with people who hike the Superstitions on weekends but still carry tension in their chest that a trail run can't reach. We see retirees looking for something beyond the usual activities, creatives fueling their work from a deeper place, and professionals who've tried everything else and are ready for a practice that actually lands. Mesa is a big city with a small-town feel in a lot of its pockets, and Breathwork fits naturally into that - it's personal, it's grounded, and it works on a level that most people don't expect.

Because we're based here, Mesa gets our most consistent class schedule and the deepest community around the practice. Sessions are easy to reach from Gilbert, Apache Junction, and the rest of the East Valley. Each class is held in an intimate group setting with a certified facilitator who guides you from grounding and intention through active circular breathing and into deep rest. If you've been curious about Breathwork, this is the place to try it - and you won't have to drive across the Valley to get here.

What to Expect in a Session

Guided Breathing

Each session begins with a grounding exercise followed by 30-45 minutes of guided circular breathing set to a curated sound journey. Your facilitator guides you through the entire experience.

Deep Relaxation & Integration

After the active breathing phase, you'll move into a deep rest period where the real integration happens. Many people describe this as the most peaceful state they've ever experienced.

Liquid Breathwork is a surrender-based breathwork practice that uses continuous circular breathing, hypnotic guidance, and a curated sound journey to help you access deeper states of consciousness. Unlike high-intensity styles, it takes a fluid, gentle approach - guiding you inward to release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with your body's natural intelligence.

Yes. Liquid Breathwork is a gentle, facilitator-guided practice that is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Our facilitators create a safe, supportive environment and can adapt the practice to meet individual needs. If you have specific health concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand, but most people of all ages find the practice both comfortable and deeply beneficial.

Yoga breathing (pranayama) is typically used as a supplement within a yoga practice - short exercises to calm or energize between poses. Breathwork, as we practice it, is a standalone modality. Sessions last 60-90 minutes and involve sustained circular breathing that activates the nervous system at a much deeper level, creating shifts in emotional processing, stress response, and overall well-being that go well beyond what brief breathing exercises can achieve.

Yes. We offer corporate breathwork sessions, team wellness events, and private group experiences in the Mesa and East Valley area.
