Keynote Experience
Take the main stage for a 60 to 90 minute guided Breathwork session. We open with a short introduction, then guide your audience through Liquid Breathwork set to a curated soundtrack. People laugh, cry, and feel things they weren't expecting. It becomes the thing everyone talks about at dinner.
Breakout Session

How does Breathwork work at a seminar or conference?
We take the stage and guide your entire audience through a Liquid Breathwork session. Everyone lies down, closes their eyes, and follows guided breathing cues set to music. Sessions run 45 to 90 minutes depending on your schedule. No mats or equipment needed from your side. We bring everything.
What size audiences can you accommodate?
We've guided sessions for groups as small as 10 and as large as 200+. Breathwork scales naturally because each person is on their own mat, eyes closed, following audio cues. Larger groups often create even more powerful collective energy.
Do you travel for events outside Arizona?
Yes. We're based in Arizona but regularly travel nationwide for conferences and events. We've facilitated at events in Lake Tahoe, California, Texas, and more. Travel costs are included in our pricing.
What do you need from the venue?
A room large enough for attendees to lie down with space between them. Conference ballrooms, breakout rooms, and yoga studios all work well. We bring yoga mats, eye masks, a sound system, and everything else needed for the session.
Does the audience need any prior experience?
Not at all. Liquid Breathwork is designed for all levels. We guide the entire session so attendees just close their eyes and follow along. First-timers often have the most powerful experiences.
