What to Expect at Your Breathwork Session
Before the Session
We coordinate with you ahead of time to understand the vibe of your weekend and what your group is looking for. We bring yoga mats, eye masks, a speaker, and everything else needed. All your group needs to do is show up and lay down.
During the Session
Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes. We open with a brief intention-setting circle, then guide 30-40 minutes of Liquid Breathwork — a gentle, fluid breathing practice set to music. No screaming, no intensity, just a deep inward journey. We close with integration time and optional sharing.
After the Session
