45 Minutes From the Capital

We will be straight with you. We do not hold a training in Carson City. Our in-person breathwork facilitator training is the Lake Tahoe intensive, held in South Lake Tahoe, which makes the Nevada state capital one of the closest cities to this training. The drive is about 45 minutes up from the valley into the mountains.

For a Carson City local, this is essentially a local intensive with a destination feel. You climb the hill, train by the lake, and bring the work back home to the capital and the Carson Valley.
