What You Walk Away With

Every path leads to the same place: the surrender-based method, a real facilitator credential, and the confidence to hold Breathwork for real people. You learn safe, trauma-informed facilitation and the business side of filling your first rooms.

Honest About the Distance

Worth the Drive From the Bay

We will be straight with you. We do not hold a training in San Francisco. Our in-person facilitator training is the Lake Tahoe intensive, about three and a half to four hours northeast of San Francisco, Oakland, and the wider Bay Area, and it is worth the trip if this training is the right fit for you.

That distance is the point. A facilitator training is an immersion, and stepping out of the Bay Area bubble is part of what makes the work land. People already drive to Tahoe for a reset. This one sends you home certified.

  • About 3.5 to 4 hours from the Bay Area. A scenic drive northeast from San Francisco and Oakland to Lake Tahoe.
  • An immersion, on purpose. Leaving the city is part of why an in-person, immersive training works.
  • Make a weekend of it. Many Bay Area students arrive the day before and settle in.

Why Train With Us

What the Lake Tahoe Intensive Gives You

The Lake Tahoe intensive teaches the surrender-based method Liquid Breathwork is known for, across three days of in-person training. You earn the Liquid Breathwork facilitator credential, one of the most established in-person breathwork certifications in the United States.

Tuition is $1,297 early bird (regularly $1,997). Lodging and meals are not included, so you arrange your own stay nearby. Deposits and monthly payment plans are available.

We teach more than breath. You leave with the methodology, the safety training, and the business groundwork: pricing, marketing, and how to fill your first sessions back home in the Bay Area. Mentorship from Ryan and Shelby continues long after the intensive.

For full details, dates, and itinerary, see the Lake Tahoe certification page. Coming from the South Bay instead? See the path from San Jose, or from Sacramento on the way up.

How We Hold the Room

Trauma-Informed, Always

Every Liquid Breathwork session is trauma-informed. You set the pace, you stay in control, and nothing is forced. We guide you inward through gentle surrender, never outward through forced catharsis or screaming. Integration support is always offered, and our door is open if you need to talk.
