An Easy Drive Up US-50

We will be straight with you. We do not hold a training in Sacramento. Our in-person breathwork facilitator training is the Lake Tahoe intensive, held in South Lake Tahoe, about two hours east, straight up US-50 into the Sierra. It is worth the trip if this training is the right fit for you.

Sacramento already heads to Tahoe for the weekend. This is that same drive, with a facilitator training waiting at the other end. You trade a regular lake weekend for one that sends you home certified.
