45 Minutes From Reno

We will be straight with you. We do not hold a training in Reno. Our in-person breathwork facilitator training is the Lake Tahoe intensive, held in South Lake Tahoe, which makes Reno one of the closest cities to this training. The drive is about 45 minutes over the hill to the lake.

For Reno facilitators, that is hard to beat. You get a true destination intensive in the alpine setting of South Lake Tahoe, then bring the work home to Reno.

Every Liquid Breathwork session is trauma-informed. You set the pace, you stay in control, and nothing is forced. We guide you inward through gentle surrender, never outward through forced catharsis or screaming. Integration support is always offered, and our door is open if you need to talk.
