I have trained in a lot of programs, and ours sits firmly at the affordable end ($1,497 to $1,997) especially considering the value. The "bigger" programs fall between $3,000 and $12,000.

I have been through seven Breathwork programs. Four of them were certifications, and some were taught by people with more than fifty years of teaching Breathwork behind them. This training is built out of what those programs got right and what they left out.
What we mean by affordable is that you can see a return after just a few classes. The training includes a Breathwork marketing module where we teach you how to fill your own, which is the part that turns tuition into income rather than a certificate on a wall.

The gap between those rows is not mostly curriculum. It is live hours, cohort size, and whether anyone watches you hold space and tells you what to adjust.
You cannot take someone somewhere you have not been yourself. This is the full foundation: the history of Breathwork, the major breathing techniques and what each one actually does to your nervous system, and the science underneath all of it.
Then it turns inward. The mental and emotional side, parts work and Internal Family Systems, and the Letting Go method. You do the work before you ask anyone else to.
You learn from people guiding five or more sessions a month, in person, right now. Hundreds of group sessions and hundreds of one-on-ones between us, and we are still running them and still learning.
The piece I care most about is safety. Not just how to hold space, but how to make someone feel safe enough to surrender and go deeper without having to hyperventilate their way there. That was the piece I found missing in most of the programs I went through, and honestly in a lot of modalities beyond Breathwork too.
Our facilitators run around five classes a month across different cities and fill them with ten to twenty-five people or more, from established audiences and brand new ones. We teach the exact formula we use to do it.
This is the pillar that decides whether your certification becomes a business or stays a credential.

No. Your tuition covers the training, and there is no ongoing subscription required to keep teaching what you learned. Some programs attach a monthly membership to the music or materials their method runs on. Worth asking any program whether the method still works if you stop paying.
